Therapy for Growth Seekers
Let's be honest — times are tough for many of us. If you're feeling overwhelmed by work, life, family, or your relationship, you're not alone.
Therapy can mean different things to different people. We will have deep conversations and dig as deep as you want to in order to create the life you are seeking. We move forward at your pace.
I have experience working with a wide range of clients who are learning to move forward in a healthy way that allows them to live an authentic life.
No matter what brought you here, trust that you're here for a reason.

My Practice Modalities
EMDR
Short term therapy that combines bilateral stimulations with guided visualizations to process traumatic events. By removing the feelings associated with the traumatic memory, you will be able to recall the event without the distressing emotions.
Hypnotherapy
We can use hypnosis to reduce or eliminate fears and phobias such as flying, dogs, surgeries, or exams. Hypnosis is also used for eliminating habits such as smoking, nail biting, skin picking, and consuming specific foods and drinks.
CBT
CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. CBT can help you break through unhelpful thoughts and feelings of self-blame or hopelessness. By developing healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies, you can move from being overwhelmed by your grief towards acceptance and healing.
