My approach is simple: I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself. No masks, no filters—just you in your most authentic form.

Together, we'll work through the challenges you are facing using a blend of mindfulness, EMDR, hypnosis, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to your needs. We'll dive deep into understanding your emotions and experiences, helping you develop skills to manage anxious feelings, set healthy boundaries, and change the way you talk to yourself.

If you're dealing with grief, know that you don’t have to go through it alone. I believe that grief doesn't have a timeline, and it’s okay to take as much time as you need to heal. My background in Palliative and End of Life Care, coupled with my expertise in grief therapy, allows me to support you in honoring your loss while finding a path forward that feels right for you.
