FAQs

Who is this for?

Growth seekers.

I work with clients who are 18 years old and older.  I do not work with children or couples.  If you are motivated to work towards being your most authentic self, let's have a conversation to see if it's a good fit.

How long after a death of a loved one should someone start therapy?

There is not one right answer. Some people start therapy before someone dies to address anticipatory grief. For example, one might start therapy when a loved one receives a terminal diagnosis or because they have anxiety about their elderly parents in their last chapter of life.

How often are sessions and are they in person or virtual?

We will meet to discuss your intentions, goals, and timeline to determine a schedule.  Sessions can be held weekly, biweekly, monthly, or as needed.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet you on your journey, providing flexibility and convenience.

A note about insurance.

Please note that I operate on an out-of-network basis, which means I do not accept insurance. My focus is on providing personalized, compassionate care without the constraints of insurance limitations.
